Their Struggle

Like many companies, Kamu’s normal operations were disrupted during Covid. Suddenly, their team was spread out and needed to work from different locations. Communication between team members began to deteriorate when working remotely. Management realized they needed a collaboration and communication tool that could help them track projects, collaborate more effectively within the organization, and overcome the lack of face-to-face interaction at the office.

Previously, Kamu Kamu lacked a proper tool to track project progress and collaborate among team members. Each person kept track of their projects using their preferred methods and tools.

They relied on Line Chat to update and collaborate on projects for team communication. However, they found trying to stay on top of multiple topics being discussed simultaneously in one group chat chaotic.   • Purchasing and Procurement: Submitting purchase orders or related documents for executive approval and document storage.
  • Warehouse: Reviewing documents in tasks.
  • Management: Reviewing and approving documents in tasks.
  • Technician Team: Checking on-site technical issues reported by Area Managers or outlet staff and assigning tasks within the team.

According to Khun Ditthanan Sasen, his favorite features are “Table View, which I find powerful. It allows you to see the overall progress of a project at a glance.” and “the Task Comment feature, which serves as the perfect place for task updates, questions, approvals, and storing files or documents related to the task.”
